Coach Bernard Wolley, the newly appointed head wrestling coach at Seneca Valley High School is also a Seneca Alumnus.  During his time at Seneca Valley, Bernard excelled in football, wrestling, baseball, lacrosse and cheerleading. Bernard went on to become a two time regional wrestling champ, two time county champ, and competed in the Maryland junior national team in Greco and freestyle for two years.


After graduating from Seneca, Bernard attended Shepherd University in West Virginia where he obtained his Bachelors degree in Recreation and Leisure, with a focus in Coaching and Officiating. After graduation, Wolley came back to Maryland to coach football and wrestling at Watkins Mills, BCC and Seneca.

Currently, Bernard resides in Germantown MD and he is a Paraprofessional at the Regional Institute of Childhood Adolescents.  In his free time, Bernard continues to put his time and energy into physical wellness activities such as strength training and calisthenics.  Bernard also enjoys training dogs
