Seneca Valley Boys Cross Country had a great showing all around at the Montgomery County Championships. Despite loosing to Rockville and Watkins Mills in dual meets this season, Seneca Valley pulled out a win at the County Championships when it really counted. In fact all nine boys had a personal best time.
First across the line was sophomore John Klansek who finished 98th overall with a time of 17:56. Ryan Turner was close behind coming in 129th place at 18:17. Junior Myles Williams, senior Sean Quiroga, and sophomore Bradley Odidi contributed to the team score coming in 188th, 202nd, and 204 place with times of 20:16, 21:42, and 22:34.
Junior Prithwijeet Ghosh and sophomore Bidwottam Ranjit pushed back the competition coming in 205th and 206th place with times of 22:45 and 22:47.
Finally, senior Joine Squire and Lucas Wright finished their first county championship race with personal best times of 25:38 and 25:40 respectively.
