The Seneca Valley Girls Cross Country Team had a great start to the 2019 cross country season!
Lead by junior Chelsea Montau, who came in 10th place overall and 6th place in our division, the girl’s team earned 13th place with a combined score of 341 points.
First across the line was Chelsea Montau with a time of 20:58.74. She was followed by senior Vanessa Ventura in 75th place with a time of 24:29.35. The team was rounded out by junior Sarah Wentling, sophomore Olivia Blaner, and junior Brigiter Protazi who came across the line in places 107, 108, and 109. Respectively, their times were 26:45.39, 27:27.69, and 27:59.87.
A special congratulations to Olivia for a personal best time and to Brigiter for finishing her first cross country race ever!
